Who we are

This website is operated by MWC Group UK, the United Kingdom branch of Manentia Wealth Consulting Group AG, a Swiss company registered under number CHE-116.117.306.

MWC Group UK provides wealth management, financial planning and insurance services to clients in the United Kingdom as part of the wider MWC Group.
 

Authorisation and permitted business

MWC Group UK is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), 12 Endeavour Square, Stratford, London, E20 1JN, under Firm Reference Number 973440.

Our regulated activities in the United Kingdom include:

  • advising on and arranging pensions, savings and investment products; and

  • insurance distribution.

Relationship with our Swiss parent and delegation

MWC Group UK is a branch of Manentia Wealth Consulting Group AG in Switzerland. The Swiss parent is:

  • registered with FINMA as an insurance broker (registration number 29575); and

  • a member of the self-regulatory organisation PolyReg / PolyAsset in connection with portfolio-management activities.

In some cases, portfolio management services for UK clients are carried out by Manentia Wealth Consulting Group AG in Switzerland under a delegation arrangement that is consistent with FCA requirements.

MWC Group UK remains responsible for its UK regulatory obligations and for the overall management of your client relationship.
 

Cross-border services and applicable rules

Where services involve both the UK branch and our Swiss parent, we apply the conduct, client-protection and anti-money-laundering rules that are relevant to your situation, including FCA rules for UK-regulated activities and the applicable Swiss framework for services performed from Switzerland.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please follow the process described on our Complaints page.

  • We will investigate your complaint and aim to provide a prompt, fair and clear response.

  • If your complaint relates to UK-regulated activities and you are an eligible complainant, you may have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if you are not satisfied with our final response. Details are provided on our Complaints page.

Where a complaint relates to portfolio-management services performed from Switzerland, we will explain which dispute-resolution body is competent (for example, the UK Financial Ombudsman Service and/or a recognised Swiss ombudsman) and how your complaint will be handled in practice.
